‘Pals’ Somme Tribute

A special concert will be performed by Leyland Band in Lancashire to mark the centenary of the Battle of the Somme – “Pals On Parade“.

The concert will take place in the Lancastria Suite, Chorley Town Hall at 8.00pm on the 2nd of July, and will feature a specially selected program, including a world premiere brass band arrangement of “The Pals March” composed by Ralph Sanders to honour the thousands of young men who took up arms in the war.

The concert is expected to sell out, and it is advised that tickets should be reserved in advance to avoid disappoinment. Tickets are available direct from Chorley Pals Memorial on 0300 201 1916, and from Leyland Band on 01772 813895.
